Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms are

The website https://gasrent.click/ and its cabinet and API (together, the "Platform") are operated by International Company of Business Consulting Limited, registration number 75423516, Unit G15, Tin Hau Apple SOLO, 14 Kings Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong ("we", "us", "gasrent"). You are the person or company that uses the Platform ("you").

These terms are the agreement between you and us. You accept them when you sign in, top up, place an order, or use the API. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Platform for a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.

2. The service

We give you access, through the Platform, to the rental of TRON network resources: Energy and Bandwidth (the "TRON Resources"). You may use them only for your own lawful blockchain transactions, such as TRC-20 token transfers and smart-contract calls on the TRON network.

The Platform also has an account balance, top-ups, withdrawals, currency exchange, an API, an affiliate program, and supply features for wallets you connect. Sections 5 to 8 cover them.

We are not a bank, broker, investment adviser, or asset manager. We do not sign, send, or control your own blockchain transactions. The balance on your account is a prepaid balance used to pay for services on the Platform. It is not a bank deposit and it earns no interest.

3. Your account

You sign in with an email address and a code sent to it. You are responsible for your email access, your API keys, your wallet keys, and everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.

Keep your wallet credentials and private keys to yourself. We will never ask for a private key or seed phrase.

4. Orders and delivery

You place an order on the Platform or through the API by giving at least: the resource (Energy or Bandwidth), the amount, the rental period, and the TRON wallet address that is to receive the resources.

An order is accepted when the Platform confirms it and its price is taken from your balance. After that we use commercially reasonable efforts to delegate the ordered TRON Resources to the wallet address in the order. They count as delivered when they are delegated to that address.

You alone are responsible for the wallet address, the order parameters, and any instruction you send. We are not liable for resources delivered to a wrong address that you gave us.

Prices on the Platform change as the market moves. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. If we cannot deliver a paid order, the amount held for it is returned to your balance.

5. Balance, top-ups, and withdrawals

You pay for orders from your balance. You top up the balance on-chain, in TRX or USDT, to the address and for the exact amount shown for that top-up, before the time shown. A payment of a different amount, in a different currency or on a different network, or after the time has passed may not be credited. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and we may be unable to recover or return such a payment.

You can withdraw your balance to a TRON address that you have added to your withdrawal addresses. A new address may have a waiting time before you can use it. A daily limit and a cap on saved addresses apply, and the network fee and any activation cost are shown before you confirm. A withdrawal is final when it is sent to the network.

Fees are the fees shown on the Platform when you act. Fees do not include taxes, duties, or charges of any authority. You pay those, unless the law says otherwise.

The same applies to exchange between currencies on the Platform: you see the quote first, and you confirm it.

6. Rental term and use of resources

The rental period of an order begins when the resources are delivered and lasts for the period you chose.

Blockchain activity consumes Energy and Bandwidth. Used resources cannot be restored, refunded, or reused. Unless the Platform says otherwise, unused resources at the end of the rental period expire or return to our resource pool, and you are not entitled to a refund for them.

7. Supply features and your wallet

If you connect a wallet to the supply features of the cabinet, you add a permission to that wallet in your own wallet software. The permission is described in the cabinet before you approve it. You can remove it in your wallet at any time.

Voting rewards and yields shown in the cabinet are estimates, not a promise. Network fees that the TRON network charges to your wallet are yours to pay. You are responsible for the choices you make about your own wallet.

8. Affiliate program and API

If you invite others through your affiliate link, you receive the share of our margin shown in the cabinet. We may change the share, or stop the program, for future activity. We may withhold or cancel commission earned through abuse, self-referral, fake accounts, or breach of these terms.

You may use the API only within the limits and rules in the API reference. We may limit or block requests that harm the Platform.

9. What you agree to

You will:

You may not use the Platform if you are, or act for, a person or company that is: (a) listed on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, or owned or controlled by someone listed; (b) a resident of, located in, or organized in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or in another country or region under a comprehensive embargo; or (c) a resident of, located in, or organized in the United States or its territories. We may block access and refuse service from any such place, and we may hold or close an account that we believe breaks this section, as far as the law allows.

10. What we do

11. Suspension and refusal

We may suspend your account, refuse or cancel an order, or hold a payment or withdrawal if: payment is not received; the transaction looks unlawful; you break these terms; or the law or an authority requires it. We do not ask for identity documents as a rule, but we may ask for information when the law requires it or when activity looks unlawful. Where we can, we tell you the reason.

12. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, its software, interfaces, trademarks, and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform to order and manage TRON Resources under these terms.

13. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public account, order, and transaction information confidential. We may disclose it where the law, a regulation, or a court order requires, with your consent, or to service providers who help us run the Platform and who are bound to keep it confidential. Blockchain transactions are public by nature, and we do not control that.

14. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant only that we provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated here, the Platform and the TRON Resources are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You confirm that you are duly organized and able to enter into these terms, if you are a company, and that all funds and blockchain activity you use with the service are lawful.

15. Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid for the specific order or service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for: (a) failures of the TRON blockchain or of third-party infrastructure; (b) wrong wallet addresses or transaction data that you supplied; (c) loss of private keys; (d) network congestion, forks, protocol changes, or blockchain errors; or (e) transactions you start.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, sanctions, cyberattacks, failures of telecommunications, or failures of blockchain networks.

17. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Platform at any time. We can end this agreement and close your account on 30 days' notice, or at once if you materially break these terms and do not fix it within 7 days of our notice, or at once where the law requires.

When your account is closed, we return the remaining balance. You can withdraw it yourself in the cabinet, or write to us at the email address in section 20 and we send it to a TRON address that you confirm. The usual network fee is deducted. We may hold the balance, or part of it, only while the law or an authority requires it, or while we look into a suspected breach of these terms or of section 9.

Ending the agreement does not affect orders already paid and accepted, payment obligations that have accrued, or terms that by their nature continue to apply.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without its conflict-of-laws rules. Before any other step, the parties try to settle a dispute in good faith for 30 days after one of them writes to the other about it.
